Before you write

How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to answer messages within two working days, but this is a target, not a guarantee. Privacy and data requests are handled within the time the applicable law requires, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Can you recover a file I processed earlier?
No. Uploaded PDFs are deleted when processing finishes and merged results are removed automatically after about an hour. There are no accounts and we keep no copy, so please keep your own copy of every original file.
How do I report a bug or a wrong result?
Choose "Report a bug or wrong result" as the subject and tell us which tool you used, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your browser and device help too. The form cannot take attachments, and please do not paste confidential data - describe the problem instead.
Can I suggest a tool you do not have yet?
Please do. Tell us what the task is and how you currently work around it. We read every suggestion, though we cannot promise to build each one.
How do I make a privacy or data deletion request?
Choose "Privacy or data request" as the subject, or email our privacy address directly. Because the site has no accounts, please include the email address and approximate date of your message so we can find any record that relates to you.
